Transport Protection
Secure products with cushioning to prevent vibration, impact and packaging damage. Do not transport together with oily or corrosive chemicals.

Recommended installation after opening
Store sealed in vacuum PE bags in a clean environment, away from direct sunlight and dust.

Installation & Maintenance

Pre-installation Checks
Check identification, drawing revision, dimensions and locating holes. Confirm fit and clean sealing contact surfaces.

Control Assembly Stress
Apply the equipment-specified tightening torque and support the part during handling to prevent fractures caused by local stress.

Equipment Process Validation
Perform pre-etching, particle baseline calibration and wafer trials as required by the equipment. Begin production after acceptance criteria are met.

Periodic Inspection & Replacement
Record thickness, corrosion and wear. Stop and inspect according to procedure when replacement limits are reached or cracks appear.
