Material & Quality Control
Product literature specifies dimensional tolerance, flatness and surface roughness. Values and measurement methods are confirmed during technical discussions; accompanying documents follow the agreement.
Delivery Documents
Batch information, inspection reports and shipping lists are provided as required. Packaging, labels and transport protection are confirmed before delivery.
Inspection & Delivery Records
Four Inspection Categories
Inspection covers appearance, surface finish, dimensions and electrical properties. Appearance checks focus on cracks, chips and scratches; dimensional and surface checks follow drawings and the technical agreement.
Material Impurities & Test Methods
Product literature covers trace-metal control for Fe, Cu, Al, Na and Cr. Element limits, sampling plans and test methods should be defined individually in the material requirements.
Test Reports & Independent Retesting
Product literature includes certificates of analysis (COA) and support for independent retesting. Confirm report items, sample requirements and testing arrangements at project start, then verify them against the delivered batch.
